What's Christmas Wishes?

Every year, MSC partners with local non-profits to provide Christmas gifts to under-resourced families in our community. Last year we sponsored more than 250 families--not children, but families--which translated into over 5,000 gifts!

This year, we've committed to providing gifts for 300 families and 75 foster children. Oh, and when we say, "we," we don't mean "the church." This is something YOU get to do. Awesome, huh?

Get Involved

There are several ways to get involved in Christmas Wishes.

1. Donate wrapping supplies. We're accepting wrapping paper, tape, bows, gift tags, and so on. You can drop your donations at the Christmas Wishes display in the lobby through December 13.

2. Make a financial contribution. If shopping is just really not your thing but you'd really like to be a part of Christmas Wishes, consider making a financial contribution through PayPal by clicking "Donate to Christmas Wishes."

3. Help wrap gifts. It's a bit overwhelming to think about wrapping 5,000+ gifts and so, in typical MSC fashion, we create a party around the work! On Thursday and Friday, December 17 and 18, from 5:30 to 9:00 pm, we're hosting wrapping parties, and we'd love all the help we can get (middle-schoolers and older, please).
