Morning Star Church is pleased to invite you to our 11th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday and Saturday, July 24 and 25! Proceeds from this year's tournament activities will support Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County and our own Love.Loud. outreach efforts, which impacts families in our own community and across the state, nation, and world.
9-Hole, 2-Person Tournament
We're offering two options this year: a couples game on the front nine and a competitive game on the back nine. Check-in begins at 2:00 pm, play begins at 3:00 pm, and dinner will be served at 6:30 pm.
Junior Golf Clinic
We're excited to announce our new Junior Clinic for children age 7 and older. Taught by PGA professionals, the clinic includes lessons in full swing, chipping, and putting. Afterwards, while their parents are finishing up their 9-hole round, participants will enjoy a movie in the cart house under the supervision of trained caregivers and then join their parents for dinner. Check-in begins at 2:00 pm, and the clinic kicks off at 3:00 pm. Equipment rental is included in the $15 registration fee.
18-Hole, 4-Person Tournaments
Join us for one (or both!) of our Saturday tournaments. Check-in begins at 7:00 am and 1:00 pm; shotguns are at 8:00 am and 2:00 pm; dinner and auction begin at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Update (July 15, 2009): Although our 8:00 am shotgun is now full, we are still welcoming players for the 2:00 pm round.
Jim Holtgrieve Long Drive
As an amateur for 20 years, Jim Holtgrieve won the inaugural USGA Mid-Amateur Championship, played in four Masters, represented the United States at the World Amateur Team Championship at Pinehurst, and played in three Walker Cup matches. For just $10, each foursome can choose to have Jim hit one long drive for their team.
$1200 in gifts; A, B, and C Flights; Longest Drive (men and women); Closest to the Pin; Hole-in-One Awards at the par-3 holes.

Tournament fees include golf, cart, non-alcoholic beverages, meal after play, and free Callaway golf pouch. Players may choose to upgrade their accessory at check-in. Golf Club of Wentzville
From I-70 West, take the Wentzville Parkway exit (#208). Turn left over the bridge, then turn right on South Outer Road. Turn left on Hepperman Road. The course is two miles down on the right.
