	Two-Person Competitive with Dinner $50 per person				2:30 pm Shotgun Only $95 per person
	Additional Dinners $10 per person				Both Shotguns $140 per person ($50 discount)
	Friday Mulligan $5 each (limit two/player)				Additional Lunch $10 per person
					Additional Dinner $10 per person
					Jim Holtgrieve Long Drive $10 per team
					Saturday Mulligan $5 each (limit two/player)
					Skins Game $20 per team
