	Second Adult Registration (Early Bird) $10 per person		Saturday Mulligan $5 each (limit two/player)
	Free Youth/Child Registration up to two free per adult registration		Skins Game $20 per team
	Additional Youth/Child (Early Bird) $15
	Friday Mulligan $5 each (limit two/player)
