What's MOPS?

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is an international program designed for mothers--urban, suburban, working, stay-at-home, teen, single, and married--with children ages birth through kindergarten.  The purpose of MOPS is to encourage, equip, and develop every mother to realize her potential as a woman, a mother, and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

When does MOPS meet?

We meet on the first and third Fridays of each month, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, September through May.  We also have playgroups that meet at least once per month. In addition, we have MOPS & POPS events such as picnics, socials, and other planned activities.

What are the meetings like?

Each session includes loving childcare, a delicious breakfast, interesting speakers, fun crafts, conversation (with grown-ups!), hope and encouragement, parenting tools and tips, making new friends, and spiritual guidance. View the MOPS Calendar >>

What do I do with my kids while I'm at a MOPS meeting?

Ready for the best part? While you're enjoying your MOPS meeting, your children (infants through kindergarten-age) get to enjoy their own program--MOPPETS! Children are divided into age groups and are involved in planned activities that provide social growth and spiritual enrichment. Games, stories, crafts, music, and play enhance their physical and creative development.Infants six months of age and younger may stay with you during the meeting. Is there a cost involved?
