Christmas Shoppe Assistance Request Form
Are you in need of Holiday Assistance?
1. If you live IN Wentzville School District, please see your child’s school counselor and they will get you placed in the correct Holiday Assistance Program.
2. If you RESIDE in one of the following zip codes, 63376, 63301, 63304, 63348, 63362, 63366, 63367, 63368, 63385, 63390 and you need Holiday Assistance please fill out the form below and someone will contact you.
3. If you are an active member at Morning Star Church Resource Center, please DO NOT fill this out. You will receive an invitation to register in late Ocotber or Early Nov.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: We will begin sending out invitations in late October, so you will not hear anything until then. Thank you!
